Refund & Returns Policy

  1. Product Check Upon Delivery:

    • Customers using Cash on Delivery (COD) must inspect the product at the time of delivery.
    • If there is any defect or problem with the product, it will be exchanged on the spot.

  2. Product Returns:

    • If the customer decides they do not like the product, it can be returned.
    • The delivery charge must be paid by the customer for returning the product.

  3. Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:

    • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
    • Requests for returns/exchanges should be initiated immediately upon delivery.
